HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?


You can place an order through our website or via Whatsapp/Call 876-359-6447 / 876-672-6810.
You can also visit our facility at 8 Carifta Avenue, Kingston 11. A minimum of 80% deposit is
required for all orders over $100,000 JMD. Orders will be started once payment is confirmed.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?


Processing times on all orders are 2-3 weeks after your order is placed. In the event that you
want an express order ( 4-5 days) there will be a 10% rush fee charge which is required upfront.

I GAVE AN INCORRECT ADDRESS; CAN I GET A REFUND?


Unfortunately. if you entered an incorrect shipping address at checkout, we would not accept
responsibility for accumulated costs associated with shipping. Once reshipping costs have been
paid for, we will be able to reship your order. However, this can be avoided; if you notice the
mistake before your order is processed, we will be able to update the order with your correct
address.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS READY?


You’ll be notified through call or text/ email of the date and time that you should arrange pickup.

MY PACKAGE IS MISSING, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

All packages are shipped with Knutsford Express for local orders. Missing package claims will
not be honoured if Knutsford Express confirms delivery of your package, meaning we will not
issue a refund. Please contact Knutsford for other related queries and we will try to assist you as
much as possible.
Likewise, all packages are shipped with DHL for international shipments. Missing package
claims will not be honoured if DHL confirms delivery of your package, meaning we will not

issue a refund. Please contact DHL for other related queries and we will try to assist you as much
